What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses high water pressure to blast dirt off hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills algae and mildew at the root. It's the right way to clean siding, roofs and screens without damaging them. We use whichever one the surface calls for.
How often should a Florida house get washed?
Most homes around here do well with a wash once a year. The shady sides, the north walls and anything under trees grow back faster, so if you see green coming back, that's your sign.
Do you clean pool cages and screen enclosures?
